As CEO of Flourish Co. and co-founder of the Champion in Life Foundation, he works with leaders across schools, nonprofits, and organizations to strengthen direction, build healthy culture, and develop people who lead well. His work is shaped by decades of experience in education, athletics, and organizational leadership—and by a deep conviction that no season is final, and no calling is wasted.
